How do I know if I have Scoliosis?
Simple home examinations are helpful!

This is the simplest test you may try at home. Forward bend and observe if there is any Hump (similar as those we see on camels).

Observe if you have one leg longer than the other in standing, sitting and also lying facing up.

Check if your shoulders are levelled and if your head is tilted.
